Game Day Meals

As a courtesy to parents and players, Upper 90 Boosters arranges for game day meals for the players prior to each game. The meal fee is fixed price per player for the season and is in ADDITION to membership dues. It covers most all games during the season.

If you wish to order and pay by cash or check (payable to FH Upper 90 Soccer Booster Club), please download, print and complete the form below. Your player can return the form with payment to the coaches.
