We encourage everyone to join ONLINE this year!

• At the same time, you can select your volunteer interests, sign up for Game Day Meals, and purchase car decals and yard signs. For more details on each, see below or the links in the online order form.

• Payments via PayPal and all major credit cards accepted.

• You are welcome to make multiple submissions if you wish to purchase items at separate times.

OFFLINE registrations and purchases are also available for those who wish to pay by cash or check.

• Forms should be downloaded, printed, completed, and returned with payment to the coaches. Checks should be made payable to FHS Upper 90 Soccer Booster Club.

As a courtesy and for an ADDITIONAL charge, Upper 90 volunteers coordinate game day meals for our players. Details can be found at the link above. This is OPTIONAL.
