ABOUT UPPER 90

Frisco High School Upper 90 Soccer Booster Club supports the FHS Soccer program throughout each school year.  As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we work within the FISD Booster Club guidelines to provide both financial and volunteer support to the FHS soccer program. Funds are raised through membership dues, spiritwear, and fundraising.

Your membership provides financial resources that allow us to best assist both the boys and girls Varsity and JV teams. We strive to provide a close relationship between the players, coaches, and parents and to promote and recognize team and student accomplishments. Our involvement includes:

Upper 90 Soccer Boosters relies heavily on the generosity of time and effort from its parent volunteers. We ask that each member family volunteer at least four (4) hours this school year. Some of the many areas we need volunteer help are:

• Game-day meals (pickup/deliver to school)

• Concessions stand sales

• Game-day meals

• Game-day treats

• Year-end banquet planning

• Senior night planning

• Board member/committee chairperson

When you join FHS Upper 90 Boosters this year, you will have the opportunity to select your areas of interest. Thank you so much in advance to those that have already signed up to help!

Upper 90 Membership & Dues

Upper 90 Soccer Booster membership is open to all Frisco High School soccer players and their families.

Dues are paid annually and are per athlete. All funds raised by the Upper 90 ensure that playing soccer at Frisco High School is a rewarding experience for all players. Your dues will allow you and your player(s) to be part of and to contribute to our soccer program. Dues contribute to our overall annual budget, ensuring that we have the necessary financial resources to support the FHS soccer teams throughout the year as well as to celebrate their successes at the end of the season.

Cost: $80 for first player; $35 for each additional player in the program.

Game Day Meals

As a courtesy to parents and players, Upper 90 Boosters arranges for game day meals for the players prior to each game. The meal fee is fixed price per player for the season and is in ADDITION to membership dues. It covers most all games during the season.

Yard Signs and Car Decals 

Show your support of your FHS Soccer player with car decals and a yard sign! This is the only time this year that these can be ordered.

Car decals: $12 each | Yard signs: $40 each

You will have the option to personalize these with your player’s name (first or last).

Senior Scholarships

2024 FEF Scholarship Applications KEY Dates & INFO

• Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 10:00 am - Application goes LIVE on FEF’s website.

• Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 4:00 pm - Deadline to submit application. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Who can apply?

  • Open to all Frisco ISD seniors.

  • To receive a scholarship through FEF, a Frisco ISD senior must submit an application.

  • This one application will be used for consideration for many scholarship opportunities.

Upper 90 Booster Club is proud to be able to provide scholarships for our Senior players, thus furthering their higher education. In the past, we have presented Senior award recipients with an average of $500-$700 in scholarship money and award at least three of those each year. Funds are distributed on behalf of the Upper 90 Booster Club through the Frisco Education Fund (FEF). All Senior players are eligible to apply. FEF will evaluate candidates and select recipients based on specific selection criteria as set forth by the FHS Soccer Coaches. The coaches will approve the scholarship recipients once selected each year.

To be eligible, players must have:

• Completed the FEF “Pass-Through Scholarship Questionnaire,” which is due in December of the current school year.

• Played a minimum of two (2)  years in the Frisco High School soccer program, one of which must be as a senior.

• Played Frisco High School soccer as the athlete’s primary sport or activity.

• Paid an annual membership for the Upper 90 Booster Club all years that the athlete participated in program.

• Volunteered at least two (2) years at the Frisco High School Soccer Clinic fundraiser.

• Earned a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 unweighted scale.

• Volunteered a minimum of 50 hours during all years of high school.
